We were married on June 13, 2008 and we could not have created a more beautiful wedding ceremony if we'd tried to do it ourselves.  Travis said after the wedding was done that we got married the way we live - drawing on the creative energies of everyone around us.  I am especially so happy and honored to have had my wedding dress made by two of my best friends, Maura Suter and Sarah Mosher.  We are most especially grateful to Chris Keating for becoming Reverend Chris Keating in order to perform the ceremony - he also wrote the bulk of the wedding ceremony, which many people said was one of the best they had attended.  Thank you to Lea for "stage managing" the whole production from start to finish; to Becky for hosting the cupcake decorating party and for keeping me sane; to Eric for doing the same for Trav; to my family for hosting the rehearsal dinner and to the Bedard family for hosting the after party BBQ; to Carrie, Jeff, Mark, Ariel, and Matt for all the musical contributions; thank you SO MUCH to Kim for dealing with the sound equipment and musicians so I didn't have to; thank you to everyone who brought music for our reception; to Sarah and Bob for the readings they contributed; to Erica, Stacy, Bob, and Antoine for being bridesmaids and groomsmen, to Will, Steve, and Uncle Tom for being photographers; to Grace R. for her wonderful performance as a flower girl; to Chrissie, Drew, and the Romaneks for hosting out of town guests; and to Cassie, Kavan, Paige, Evelyn, Ben, Grace, Anja and Casey for having so much fun and making us laugh (and thank you to the parents who kept them away from the cupcakes until it was time to eat!).
